Experience terms of service:
Scheduled Experiences:
Bookings for scheduled experiences are made via the online booking system and are only confirmed on receipt of full payment.
Our cancellation policy is designed to give participants the opportunity to change an experience booking without penalty when enough notice is given (minimum of 72 hours prior to the experience scheduled), however we have some conditions around short notice cancellations which have an impact on other customers and our business. We will always try and help, but please familiarise yourself with our terms of cancellation below.
To advise us you cannot attend a scheduled experience and wish to cancel you must let us know, no later than 72 hours before the event start date and time. Unless you have received a written acknowledgement from us that we have received your request you cannot consider your request delivered. Requests received before the 72 hour cut-off time will be offered a credit voucher to rebook at a later date, or a refund.
Requests to cancel received after the 72 hour cut off time will not be eligible for a refund or credit voucher. You may choose to send someone else in your place.
Any attendee booked on an experience who fails to attend without the required notice, will not be entitled to a refund or a rebooking of another experience as this is classed as a no show.
In the unfortunate event that an experience has to be cancelled we will always try and give you as much notice as we reasonably can, and you will be offered the choice of an alternative experience date or credit voucher to rebook at a later date.
W require a minimum number of attendees to run scheduled experiences – we reserve the right to cancel scheduled experiences that do not meet our minimum number of attendees (within 72 hours of the event date) and to offer an alternative date or credit voucher.
We will not be liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur. If you need to arrange travel or overnight accommodation, we recommend that you seek appropriate insurance.
Private Experiences
To book a private experience for your group, you must enquire about availability for your selected date and time. We will confirm if your date and time is available and then a non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of one attendee of the selected experience, must be paid within 48 hours of the enquiry. You will be sent an invoice to pay this deposit, and your booking is only considered confirmed when the invoice is paid.
Bookings for private groups are agreed on the basis of the number of attendees you confirm at the time of booking. You will be advised at the time of booking of the minimum number of attendees that are required for a private group to proceed.
Note: please ensure that you wear appropriate clothing and footwear. If you are in any doubt, please get in touch, and we will be happy to advise you.

Online Purchases:

These terms affect your legal rights, responsibilities and liabilities, so please read these terms carefully and ensure that you understand them. If you do not agree to any of the terms given below, please cease your use of this website immediately.
1. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. It is the user’s responsibility to read the current terms and conditions thoroughly, as continued site use constitutes agreement to be bound by said terms and conditions.
We also reserve the right to withdraw or terminate this website and any of its content at any time without notice.
2. PURCHASES
Under no circumstances do we acknowledge a purchase contract until you have received an order confirmation and an item dispatch email from us. The order confirmation email verifies that you have made an offer to purchase goods from our website. If we discover any errors in your order (incorrect pricing or insufficient stock, for example) then we will notify you ASAP via email.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
We will never dispatch an order until it has been paid for in full. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the cost in full. Payment will be collected through our chosen payment provider.
Purchases made through the Mallow Mia website are non-transferable. All prices found on this website include VAT at the current Irish rate. We reserve the right to change the price of any product(s) at any time, without prior notice.
4. COPYRIGHT
All content contained within this website is the property of Mallow Mia. All rights are reserved. You are not authorised to use, edit, or duplicate any of this site’s content without our express permission.
If you hold the copyright for any products, brands, or images represented on this website – and you are unhappy with our use of your property – please notify us immediately.

6. GENERAL
When you make a purchase or enquiry through our website, we will ask you to provide us with a valid email address. By giving us your email address, you certify that this address is unique and that it may be used as a means of communication with you. You also agree that any email correspondence constitutes notice in writing, thereby satisfying any relevant legal requirements. We will not be held responsible for any emails that do not reach your inbox because they went into your junk/spam folder, so please be sure to check any and all such folders on a regular basis.
When registering an account with Mallow Mia or providing personal details during a purchase, you certify that the details provided are correct and up-to-date. Remember, it is against the law to provide false details when making a purchase online.
Our website gives customers the option to leave reviews and ratings. All reviews will be moderated and approved before being published. By submitting a product review, you certify that we may subsequently use that review and/or rating in any way we see fit, and that we may edit it as we please before publishing it. You also undertake to indemnify us against any claim or action that arises directly or indirectly as a result of your review. We reserve the right to change or delete your review(s) without notice.
FRAUD
We take internet fraud very seriously. If we ever have reason to believe that an order has been placed fraudulently, or if we feel that our website has been abused in some way, we will share any relevant information with third party fraud prevention companies (including banks) .
