Created in the Donegal countryside, Mallow mia's small batch marshmallows & rocky roads are a confectionery revelation.
Our marshmallows are made with the best ingredients, handcrafted and unique.
It was founded in 2014 by food scientist Linda McClean, who loves flavours, new recipes, and making your fluffy marhmallow dreams a reality.

We designed our purpose-built workshop in 2022 and you can now create your own personalised marshmallows & chocolate with us. We're looking forward to welcome you at Mallow Mia.
