Ingredients: sugar, water, glucose syrup, Belgian caramel chocolate (5%) (min 31.9% cocoa solids) (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, milk sugar, whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, salt), glycerine, bovine gelatine (sulphites), cornflour, black treacle (sulphites), ground spices (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg), salt, natural flavouring.
These marshmallows are naturally gluten free.

The marshmallows arrive with at least a 2 months shelf life
They're also suitable for freezing and defrost within 5 minutes at room temperature.
